Join us for a special Virtual "Grow & Give" Garden Planning Workshop to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of kindness, connection, and community. This family-friendly event will include a storytime to inspire young gardeners and a hands-on garden planning session for all!

Inspiring Storytime: Start with a short story to inspire our youngest gardeners to imagine their dream garden.

Garden Planning 101: Learn how to plan and grow your own cut flower garden, featuring expert tips on selecting plants and layouts.

Interactive Design Session: Design your personalized garden plan during the workshop with help from our team.

This MLK Day, honor Dr. King’s vision by creating a garden that spreads joy, supports pollinators, and brings people together. The "Grow and Give" program teaches neighbors and families to grow flowers in their own yards to share with their community.

What You’ll Need:

Basic art supplies (paper, markers, crayons, etc.)

Printed Materials: Download and print our "Garden Planning Template", "My Grow and Give Garden" coloring page, and our "Basics of Cut Flower Garden Design" after registering.
